What to Expect

Time Commitment

We meet weekly on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Optional tournaments happen throughout the year.

Cost

Membership is free. Tournament participation has optional fees depending on the tournament.

Location

Spring Branch Elementary, Room 127. Ample parking available on campus.

Benefits

Your child develops critical thinking, gains confidence, builds friendships, and learns valuable life skills through chess.

No Experience Needed

Beginners are welcome! We have structured lessons for all skill levels starting from the basics.

Flexible Attendance

Your child can attend whenever their schedule allows. No mandatory attendance requirements.

Attend Your First Meeting

Attendance

Help with carpool arrangements for tournaments and special events.
